3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 282 has a low gel point rating to ensure a quick curing process when kept in a warm environment. The resin exhibits a semi-flexible and good adhesion property after curing, thanks to its high-tensile strength. This makes it ideal for applications that require excellent thermal shock and mechanical shock resistance. Additionally, the resin has a high dielectric strength, which offers excellent electrical insulating property.

Another advantage of this resin is its high flash point, which prevents any fire hazard due to quick ignition. It also exhibits hydrolytic stability property, which minimizes quick chemical decomposition and thus provides long-lasting usage.

This product is MIL-I-16923E Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant, ensuring that it meets the highest industry standards.
