3M Accuspray Atomizing Heads for 3M PPS Series 2.0 are designed specifically for use with the 3M Accuspray ONE and PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup systems. A selection of replaceable heads makes for the incredibly fast, efficient application of low-, medium- and high-viscosity materials from one gun. Technicians simply remove and replace the head for the performance of a new spray gun on demand.

3M™ Accuspray™ Atomizing Head Refill Nozzles for PPS™ 2.0 are designed to be used with the 3M™ Accuspray™ paint gun and PPS™ 2.0 Spray Cup System. These replacement nozzles come in a range of sizes, allowing you to spray a variety of applications with just one gun. The green 1.3 mm size is perfect for sealers, basecoats, and topcoats. Refill nozzles can be used up to 10 times before being replaced, giving you the performance of a new gun at a fraction of the cost.

The 3M™ Accuspray™ Spray Gun System with PPS™ 2.0 is an all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS™ you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. Additionally, with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination. You can also increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems.

PPS™ 2.0 features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance, and wider lid fluid spout. Each paint cup has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility.
