Unlike paper or plastic sheeting, this material resists light impact and abrasion, making it suitable for areas where metal shavings and dropped nuts, bolts, small hardware, and other falling debris are common. It protects flat surfaces where workers may temporarily place objects such as hand tools.

It is also UV resistant, so you can use it to protect surfaces outdoors for up to two weeks.
