The 3M™ Paintable Undercoating Pouch used with Accuspray™ technology may be applied in a range of textures to easily and accurately match OEM finishes.

A good undercoat should provide underbody protection against weathering, salt spray and chipping. 3M™ Paintable Undercoating Pouch does that and more: it also meets the unique challenges of job costing applications of undercoating in collision repair. This durable, rubberized undercoating is packaged in a 5.5-oz. pouch for individual coating application jobs, making the undercoating very easy to use and helping you operate more cost-effectively. The pouch works with the 3M™ Accuspray™ paint application system including pressurized spray guns and 3M™ PPS™ H/O Pressure Cups (PN 16121). This helps ensure consistent application to wheel housings, frame rails, floor pans and lower rocker panel areas at any angle. Undercoating can be applied to bare metal as well as primer coated surfaces, and accepts all standard refinish paint systems.
The 3M™ Paintable Undercoating Pouch is also available as a water-based option, PN 08744, for areas with low VOC limits.
