The construction is skip-slit for easy separation. It is not printable, but can be written on or marked with Spirit Inks and functions well in splicing many manifold business forms. This tape is good for a wide variety of papers and temperatures. It offers excellent heat resistance up to 400⁰F (204⁰C) meaning it can withstand temperatures of heat-set, non-impact printers. This means there's no slippage during use.
In addition, this tape meets or exceeds TAPPI UM-213, procedure A and is FDA compliant 21 CFR 176.170 (components of paper and paperboard in contact with aqueous and fatty food).
