Yes, it does. Unfortunately, this spray adhesive cannot be sold or shipped to California or other states due to strict VOC regulations.
Can I use the adhesive on all surfaces?

We suggest testing on an inconspicuous area first as it's suitable for most coated or uncoated papers, foil and thermoplastics such as ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PP (polypropylene) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride)-but we always recommend reading through our included Technical Data Sheets beforehand!
