    Yes! This stripper wheel works great on fiberglass, aluminum, sheet metal and many other surfaces including glass. However you should always test it first on an inconspicuous area before applying generally.

  5. . Can I reuse each stripping wheel several times or do they wear out quickly?

    . The lifecycle of our stripping wheels will depend on several factors such as heat buildup during usage ,number of layers being removed,duration etc however when used in appropriately,longevity would match your expectations . Also note - extrude any melted debris off occasionally so that no build ups clog the abrasive particles which might reduce efficacy over time .

This solid molded eraser wheel uses friction to remove decals, rather than abrasive mineral, preventing scratches and damage to the finish of your car, boat, or RV. However, it is important to ensure that the substrate is not heat sensitive, as repeated friction causes heat. With a medium density rating and high-quality construction, the 3M Stripe Off Wheel delivers long-lasting and efficient performance in removing unwanted decals, stripes, and adhesives from your vehicle.

The 3M Stripe Off Wheel is easy to use with most drills and standard rotary tools. It has an optimum operating speed of 2,000 rpm (+/- 200) and a maximum operating speed of 4,000 rpm. Operating the wheel above the maximum operating speed may compromise the product’s performance.
