Scotch® Super 33+™ Vinyl Electrical Tape is a pressure-sensitive, all-weather vinyl insulating tape that is used for primary insulation on cable jacket repair applications up to 600V (UL)/1000V (CSA) for temperatures ranging from 0 to 221 ºF (-18 to 105 ºC).

This 1-inch, pressure-sensitive tape is suitable for use in industrial, commercial, and residential environments. The rubber-based adhesive offers resistance to cold and extreme weather conditions, abrasions, alkalis, sunlight, flame, UV, and acids. Its moisture resistance helps protect electrical conductors from corrosion.

Scotch® Super 33+™ is compatible with rubber and synthetic splicing compounds, as well as most dielectric cable insulations. This thick PVC tape remains durable and has a shelf life of five years. For professional primary insulation applications on joints and wire splices, depend on Scotch® Super 33+™ Vinyl Electrical Tape by 3M™.

Note: End-users should avoid using general-use vinyl electrical tape for critical indoor and outdoor operations.
