Standard Abrasives Surface Conditioning HS Roll is made with tear-resistant, high-strength buff and blend material that wont fray in the face of hard edges. For these reasons, its a good match for final finishing on irregular shaped parts, like pipe threads and edges of molded glass containers.

The Standard Abrasives Surface Conditioning HS Roll is a versatile abrasive product that combines nonwoven nylon fibers and aluminum oxide mineral using a resin bond. This unique combination creates an open web structure that allows for a high initial rate of cut. The resin bond used in this product is heat-tolerant, ensuring enhanced durability of the abrasive material.

The HS abrasive material is specifically designed for final finishing on a variety of materials including non-ferrous metals, brass, steel, bronze, pewter, stainless steel, and plated plastics. It is particularly effective when a decorative finish is desired.
