Scotch Repulpable Forms-Splicing Tape 8507 is a specially-engineered tape for forms-splicing with a thin, semi-bleached backing, heat-resistant adhesive and skip-slit for easy separation; it's all completely repulpable so scrap is never contaminated.

  • White, 4.0 mil, coated kraft backing, single-sided tape
  • Excellent heat resistance up to 400⁰F/204⁰C

Scotch® Repulpable Forms Splicing Tape 8507 is a revolutionary product that is completely repulpable, making it easy to avoid contamination of scrap. This tape is perfect for forms-splicing and manifold business forms. The adhesive used in this tape prevents broke contamination from non-repulpable splice material. It meets or exceeds TAPPI UM-213 procedure A and meets specific FDA indirect food additive regulations as described under 21 CFR 176.170 (Components of paper and paperboard in contact with aqueous and fatty food).

Application of this tape is simple; dispense the tape and apply firm, even rub-down pressure over the taped area to create the best possible adhesion between the tape and the paper surface. A plastic squeegee or similar tool can help achieve the proper uniform pressure.
