3M Scotchcast Resin 235 is a 2 part, oven curing, semi flexible, unfilled, epoxy based, liquid resin. Resin with low viscosity and good wetting characteristics is formulated for complete impregnation of small coils. This resin is suitable for a variety of general purpose applications.

3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 235 is a high-quality resin with excellent wetting and low viscosity properties. It offers permanent semi-flexibility, as well as thermal shock and impact resistance. This resin also possesses good electrical and adhesion properties.

Designed specifically for insulation purposes, this resin provides the necessary mechanical strength and flexibility required for large castings, including motors, transformers, and coils. It meets the MIL I 16923E certification and is compliant with RoHS 2011/65/EU standards.
