3M™ Stikit™ Gold Film Abrasive Disc Roll 255L is a convenient and efficient way to sand and feather filler and putties, and primer sanding. The roll is packaged as multiple adhesive-backed discs rolled onto a core, which tear off conveniently one at a time for speed and efficiency. The discs require no liners, which saves material costs.

3M™ Stikit™ discs come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs. Simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you're ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. For best results, we recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pads. We also recommend use with the 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Roll Dispenser PN 05450.

The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Film Abrasive Disc Roll 255L provides a sharp cut with its aluminum oxide mineral abrasive. It is more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. A range of coarse to medium-fine grits are built on durable film backing that provides uniform mineral orientation for consistent finishes. The discs are suitable for multiple substrates including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer, and plastic.

The anti-loading coating on the abrasive grains allows the disc to continue cutting when sanding materials that would otherwise clog the disc. This feature increases productivity and reduces material consumption. A 7-hole pattern on select versions of 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Film Abrasive Disc Roll 255L helps clear dust from the surface of the disc, making for longer disc life and a more consistent finish.
