Get Inside Hard-To-Reach Areas

The Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Mandrel is a tool attachment designed to hold a small Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Wheel. The 1/4˝ shank diameter fits a 1/4˝ power tool collet or drill chuck. The mandrel is an essential part of the overall application, helping operators effectively deburr and finish intricate or hard-to-reach areas.

Easy Attachment

For center hole (CH) unitized wheels without Quick Change attachments, the Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Mandrel is the perfect solution. The mandrel facilitates easy fastening of the abrasive wheel to the tool. It drives CH wheels with 2-3˝ diameters and a 3/8˝ center hole. Made with steel, it is exceptionally durable and long-lasting, so it can stand up to repeated wear and be used during heavy-duty applications.

Some Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Wheels come with Quick Change Attachment Styles: TS, TR and TP. However, this mandrel was designed specifically for center hole (CH) unitized wheels without Quick Change attachments.

Max. RPM

The maximum RPM for this mandrel is 25,100, enabling operators to use it effectively with high-speed wheels and tools.

Conclusion

The Standard Abrasives™ Mandrel is a helpful accessory for tackling hard-to-reach areas and getting inside tight spots on the workpiece. With its easy attachment and high RPM, it is a durable and long-lasting tool that can be used for heavy-duty applications.
