3M Vinyl Durable Label Material FV027805 is a flexible and conformable longer life material that offers durability and moisture resistance. The polymerically plasticized nature of this soft flexible vinyl imparts long term dimensional stability for demanding applications. This label product utilizes 3M P1480, which is a high performance tackified acrylic formulated for acid resistance and adhesion to polyolefins.

These label materials are manufactured with a 90# liner specifically designed to ensure lay-flat performance during application and storage. The product line features two primary facestock options to address different performance requirements. The polyester option delivers superior heat tolerance, exceptional optical clarity, and impressive tensile strength characteristics, making it ideal for high-temperature environments. The vinyl alternative provides excellent ultraviolet resistance and superior conformability to curved or irregular surfaces.

Adhesive Technology for Outdoor Durability

3M has developed a range of specially-formulated adhesive systems for their Sheet and Screen Label Materials, each designed to provide the optimal balance between adhesion strength and removability depending on the intended application. For outdoor applications, the High Performance Tackified Acrylic Adhesive P1400 demonstrates remarkable resistance to ultraviolet sunlight exposure and moisture degradation.
