3M™ Fastbond™ Foam Adhesive 100NF was designed to be an extremely versatile, heat-resistant adhesive that bonds a wide range of lightweight materials. Its postforming, permanent bond provides fast results. The spray formula has a pebble spray pattern, is fire-resistant in its wet state, is easy to dispense and, when not being sprayed, can be applied directly by using a brush or roller.

    Yes! Our Fastbond adhesive is designed for foam bonding and can be used on both open-cell and closed-cell foams.

  3. How long does it take for the adhesive to dry/get ready?

    It typically takes an hour for the surface to become tacky. This allows you enough working time before sets permanently in around two hours.

  4. How much area can one pail cover?

    One five-gallon container provides approximately 250 square feet of coverage.

3M™ Fastbond™ Foam Adhesive 100NF has a medium tack and high temperature resistance. Its high-solids content supports its low soak-in property, giving you time to reposition that which ultimately needs to stay in place. This attribute also provides higher coverage than competing spray adhesives and helps create soft, non-dimpling glue lines. The combination of medium tack, strong bond, and clean appearance, paired with its high-temperature resistance, make it ideal for foam and fabric where flammability is a factor.
