Product Description:

3M™ Interam™ Stainless Steel Foil Tape T-65 is a high-temperature tape designed to seal cut edges of 3M™ Interam Mats with stainless steel backing. It is a valuable component for firestop and fire protection applications. The tape features a thermally-conductive 4 mil stainless steel foil backing and an acrylic adhesive that are highly resistant to heat. This combination of materials complements firestop assemblies using steel, including steel or stainless steel banding and stainless steel-backed mats.

The tape is ideal for use with 3M™ Interam™ Endothermic Mat E-54C. It is recommended for ASTM and UL rated firestop assemblies, structural steel, electrical circuity/raceways, cables, cable trays and conduits, equipment shrouds, and new or retrofit construction.
