3M Venture Tape Double Coated PE Foam Glazing Tape VG708 is 1/8" thick closed cell, crosslinked polyethylene foam tape coated with rubber based adhesive on one side and acrylic based adhesive on the other (liner side) with a 4 mil blue poly easy release liner.

    3M™ Venture Tape™ Double Sided Polyethylene Foam Glazing Tape VG708 is designed for use as a glazing tape in the window fabrication industry. It's ideal for bonding to wood, aluminum, vinyl and painted surfaces.

  2. Can it withstand different weather conditions?

    Yes! This foam glazing tape has excellent resistance to water vapor, temperature extremes and aging. It maintains its performance properties in temperatures ranging from -40°F (-40°C) to 176°F (80°C).

  3. Will it leave any residue when removed?

    No worries about removing this tape! Using proper techniques of removal will not damage your substrate during application or removal.

  4. How many rolls come per case and how long is each roll?

    Appropriate packaging comes with one set of VG708 foam glazing tapes along with one roll having length size of 1512 mm x 26 m available in black color.

Effective Bonding for Door and Window Glazing

3M™ Venture Tape™ Double Sided PE Foam Glazing Tape is a high-performance tape that is perfect for bonding door and window glazing. The tape is made up of a differentiated polyethylene foam that is coated with an aggressive acrylic rubber-based adhesive on the exposed side and acrylic adhesive on the liner side. It is fully compliant with AAMA specification 810.1 for certified expanded cellular glazing tapes. The tape has excellent adhesion to PVC and other low surface energy sash and frame materials and glass. The conformable foam core and high tack adhesive system make it easy to apply. This high-performance foam glazing tape offers a great solution for many demanding applications.
