Scotch-Brite Radial Bristle Brush Replacement Discs can be used to refill or expand the width of our Scotch-Brite Radial Bristle Brush (brush adapter sold separately). The molded, flexible bristles are filled with proprietary 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain blend and provide a high quality finish with minimal pressure. Use the brush to effectively clean, finish, polish and deburr irregular surfaces.

    The Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Brush is a versatile and long-lasting abrasive tool that can be used on many surfaces.

  2. How do I know which replacement disc to use?

    Our T-C 120 Refill Replacement Disc is designed for general purpose applications on metals, plastics, and composites. It has a keyway hole for secure attachment to your radial bristle brush.

  3. Is this product environmentally friendly?

    Yes! 3M's patented ceramic abrasive grain technology means less dust generation than traditional abrasives and reduced environmental impact.

  4. How many discs come in each pack of replacements?

    Each pack contains 40 individual T-C 120 refill discs. We also sell cases containing two packs if you're looking to stock up!

  5. Can the radial bristle brush attachment be washed or cleaned between uses with different replacement discs?

    . Absolutely! You can clean it by wiping it with a cloth dampened with water or denatured alcohol manually, or using an ultrasonic bath if preferred (be sure not to immerse the assembly completely).

Replace Wire Brushes, Use Less Pressure

Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Brush Replacement Discs provide more surface contact than wire brushes and maintain abrasiveness throughout the life of the brush. Moreover, the Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Brush provides a safer alternative to wire brushes by eliminating the risk of flying wires being ejected from the brush. Under normal use, the flexible bristles remain safely in place and can achieve the desired finish using light pressure.

Applications

Bristle brush discs feature firm yet flexible bristles that produce uniform finishes around protrusions, detail grooves, patterns and other hard-to-reach areas. They conveniently remove paint, stains, adhesives, weld burns, rust, heavy oxides, and surface contaminants. The discs work well on aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and other metals. Applications include general industrial, aerospace, automotive, metalworking and transportation as well as fine detailing requirements of electronics, jewelry and woodworking industries.
