3M Accuspray Atomizing Heads for 3M PPS Series 2.0 are designed specifically for use with the 3M Accuspray ONE and PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup systems. A selection of replaceable heads makes for the incredibly fast, efficient application of low-, medium- and high-viscosity materials from one gun. Technicians simply remove and replace the head for the performance of a new spray gun on demand.

3M™ Accuspray™ Atomizing Head Refill Nozzles for PPS™ 2.0 are specially designed for the 3M™ Accuspray™ paint gun and PPS™ 2.0 Spray Cup System. These replacement nozzles come in a range of sizes, allowing you to spray a variety of applications with just one gun. The blue 1.2 mm size is perfect for lower-viscosity materials like stain. You can use refill nozzles up to 5 to 10 times before replacing them, giving you the performance of a new gun on demand and at a fraction of the cost.

The 3M™ Accuspray™ Spray Gun System with PPS™ 2.0 is an all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS™, you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. Additionally, with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination. You can also increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems.

PPS™ 2.0 features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance, and wider lid fluid spout. Each paint cup has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility.
