3M Temflex Vinyl Electrical Tape 165 is a 6 mil (0.152 mm) thick vinyl insulating tape engineered for versatility in a variety of applications, including cable jacket repair, harnessing and bundling cables, phase identification, wire fishing, and mechanical protection on splices rated up to 600V. It is ideal for light to moderate indoor and outdoor weather-protected conditions, with a temperature range of 19 F (-7 C) to 194 F (90 C) per CSA-C22.2 No. 197 standards. Made from durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

    The 3M™ Temflex™ Vinyl Electrical Tape 165 can be used in a variety of applications including outdoor use and exposure to a range of temperatures between -18°C (0°F) and 105°C (221°F).

    The initial tack time for the adhesive on this vinyl electrical tape is approximately one minute, with full adhesion achieved within twenty-four hours.

    : Although you shouldn't have much problem finding a surface where our products won't readily stick, try and avoid waxed surfaces, greasy substrates, dirt/ dust build-up over time,and textured surfaces such as stucco.

3M Temflex Vinyl Electrical Tape 165 is a versatile vinyl insulating tape that is 6-mil thick and comes in a pack of 10 rolls, each available in 10 different colors. This tape is flame-retardant and can withstand ambient temperatures up to 194F (90C). It is also conformable for use in cold weather conditions as low as 32F (0C).

The tape is highly resistant to abrasion, moisture, alkalies, acid, copper corrosion, and varying weather conditions. Its elastic PVC backing and pressure-sensitive rubber-based adhesive provide both electrical and mechanical protection with minimal bulk.
