The 3M Secure Click Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator HF-800 Series is designed to protect against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved 3M Secure Click filters and cartridges. This next-generation facepiece offers enhanced comfort, breathability, and simplicity.

One of the innovative features of the HF-800 Series is the push button seal check, which allows users to easily and quickly conduct a negative pressure seal check before each use. This feature increases worker confidence in the proper fit of the respirator. Additionally, the speaking diaphragm is designed to facilitate communication while working.

The silicone flex-joint faceseal provides a softer feel for increased wearer comfort. The advanced silicone faceseal material also offers enhanced durability, extending the life of the facepiece. The head cradle buckles of the HF-800 Series are easy to use with two-way adjustability, allowing users to tighten or loosen the straps with ease.

The exhalation valve helps direct exhaled breath and moisture downward, improving overall comfort. The low-profile design of the HF-800 Series, along with its swept back filter/cartridge design, ensures compatibility with certain welding and grinding shields.

The 3M Secure Click Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator HF-800 Series is NIOSH-approved for use with 3M Secure Click style cartridges and filters. The Secure Click connection style enables a quick and simple connection of the filters and/or cartridges. Users can align the connections on the facepiece and cartridge and/or filter, and with a push, hear a click, ensuring proper installation.

The Secure Click cartridges are dual-flow, allowing for easy breathing. With two dual-flow cartridges on each respirator, the HF-800 Series features the world's first quad-flow cartridge system, providing four airflow paths for enhanced breathability and comfort.

When properly fitted and used with approved 3M filters and/or cartridges, the 3M Secure Click Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator HF-800 Series can help reduce exposure to various contaminants. It has an OSHA assigned protection factor (APF) of 10, providing respiratory protection for concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL).
