3M Scotchcast Electrical Resin 2123 is a soft, 2 part polybutadiene resin encapsulant. This resin has good handling and performance characteristics and is formulated for re enterable splice protection. This multi purpose, moisture sealing resin bonds to nearly all cable jackets.

  • Has 62-minute gel time at 73 °F (23 °C)
  • Useful for sealing and electrical insulation in potting applications.
  • Withstands a temperature range of 32 to 194 °F (0 to 90 °C)
