How do I use the floor pad?
You can either scrub your floor with it using a low-speed rotary machine (175-600 RPM) or you can dry buff/polish the surface with a high-speed burnisher (1500-3000 RPM).

Will one pad last long enough to get all of my floors clean?
Each 20-inch pad should provide about 25,000 square feet of coverage before needing replacement. If you take proper care of it between uses and properly follow its recommended application guidelines.

Can this product be used on any water-sensitive surfaces?
No - please note that these diamond pads are water-dependent. Excessive usage may cause unwanted running due to their wet nature which might damage certain wood materials. For those substrates we recommend the Surface Preparation Scotch-Brite™ Discs for Concrete Floors instead, as they will save you time and effort in preparing & cleaning floors during refinishing projects while minimizing possibilities of damage caused due to excessive dampness/rinsing off after every round.
