The 3M™ Performance Spray Gun system is a premium spray gun that offers pattern control, atomization, and transfer efficiency. What sets it apart is the technology inside the quick-change replaceable nozzles. Unlike other spray guns, paint and coatings never pass through the body of the spray gun. Instead, they only pass through the atomizing head. This means that every time you swap the nozzle, it's like getting a brand-new spray gun. This helps to drive more consistent spray performance across each job, every day.

3M™ Performance Pressure HVLP Atomizing Head Refill Kit

The 3M™ Performance Pressure HVLP Atomizing Head Refill Kit includes ten 1.8 size nozzles, which are ideal for textured paints, epoxy and urethane primers, and adhesives. It's important to note that these nozzle recommendations are starting points only. You should always refer to the paint manufacturer for recommendations on fluid tip size.

The replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun system and attach to a supply hose for continuous, bulk spraying from a pressure pot or pressure tank. The atomizing heads attach to the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun whip hose and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools are required for changeouts. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun, and either appropriately clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep your spray gun performing like new.
