These filters can be easily clicked into place on 3M Secure Click Reusable Respirators, making the process quick and hassle-free. One of our featured products is the 3M Secure Click Hard Case Particulate Filter P100 D9093. This filter is specifically designed to provide respiratory protection against various hazardous substances, including lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA. It is effective for concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times the PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. With this filter, you can confidently work in environments where welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, and soldering take place, as it offers protection against a wide range of oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. Additionally, the P100 filter is designed to withstand higher-heat applications, making it suitable for industries such as abatement, agriculture, construction, general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, primary metals, and remediation. Our filters are NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness in environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. The P100 D9093 filter has passed NIOSH's P-series test criteria, providing a minimum filter efficiency of 99.97% against particles. However, please note that this filter should not be used in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).
