This feature makes it feel like you are using a brand new spray gun every time you swap the nozzle.
The 3M™ Performance Gravity HVLP Atomizing Head Refill Kit comes with six different nozzle sizes: 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.0. This kit allows you to spray a full range of automotive coatings, including waterborne base coat, clearcoat, solvent base color, single stage top coat, direct gloss, primer sealer, wet on wet primer, primer surfacer, high build primer, sprayable fillers, and high viscosity coatings.
The replaceable nozzles are designed to be used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System. This system helps to reduce material waste, mess, and contamination compared to traditional metal paint cups.
The atomizing heads attach to the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun needle and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools are required for changeouts. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun, and either appropriately clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep your spray gun performing like new.
