Product Description: 3M Secure Click Particulate Filter P95 D7P71

When working in an environment with airborne particulates and certain vapors or acid gases, it is important to have the right protection. The 3M Secure Click Particulate Filter P95 D7P71 is designed to provide particulate protection when used with 3M Secure Click Cartridges D8000 Series. This filter is commonly used for filtering solids such as those found in mineral processing, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and other substances.

In addition to filtering solids, the D7P71 particulate filter can also be used for liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not emit harmful vapors. It is also effective in filtering metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting, and other operations involving the heating of metals. However, it is important to note that the D7P71 is not suitable for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH), sandblasting, or environments that contain asbestos.

It is crucial to replace the 3M Secure Click N95 Particulate Filters D7N11 when they become dirty, damaged, or difficult to breathe through. If used in environments containing only oil aerosols, the filters should be replaced after 40 hours of use or 30 days, whichever comes first.
