    The Extra Coarse Grade Precision Surface Conditioning Disc is ideal for creating coarse scratch patterns and removing burrs, rust or corrosion on steel and stainless steel.

  2. Can I use your Quick Change Disc with any backing pad or do I need a specific one?

    These discs are designed to be used with the Roloc™+ system which enables quick and easy tool-free disc changes. You can use it with standard Roloc style backup pad.

  3. How long does each individual disc last before needing a change?

    The life of each disc depends on multiple variables such as operating speed, finish required, hardness of substrate etc. Therefore we recommend checking them frequently while using it to ensure its performance doesn’t degrade beyond acceptability.

  4. Are these materials safe to use in food processing facilities?

    : Yes! This product meets all requirements outlined by FDA regulations CFR21section177. The surfaces subjected to mechanical cleaning should be thoroughly rinsed after cleaning process
