It has a rugged plastic hub construction that contains an internal molded thread insert. This hardworking back-up pad can provide aggressive cutting action on tough metals, yet also provides fine finishing as well.

    The pad attaches using a universal design which allows use on right angle, orbital and dual action machines operating at low speeds up to 20,000 RPM
