3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MP is engineered with a robust 5.2 mil adhesive layer, making it an excellent choice for splicing and laminating applications involving metals and high surface energy (HSE) plastics. The increased adhesive thickness enhances its ability to "wet out" or conform to surfaces that may have slight textures or irregularities, ensuring a strong and reliable bond even on less-than-perfect substrates. This tape is supplied on a 4.2 mil, 58 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner, which is specifically designed to facilitate efficient rotary processing for graphic and die-cut parts.

In addition to its superior bonding capabilities, 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MP offers outstanding resistance to solvents, humidity, and moisture. It is also capable of withstanding elevated temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) for short durations, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
