The 3M™ Trizact™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc 464LA: Longer Life and Faster Cut

The 3M™ Trizact™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc 464LA is designed with a unique microreplicated system of channels that effectively move sanding debris away from the disc. This innovative feature prevents debris from accumulating between the abrasive structures, ensuring that fresh mineral is continuously exposed to the workpiece.

Compared to conventional abrasives, the 3M™ Trizact™ abrasive starts sharp and remains sharp throughout its lifespan. This results in more predictable finishes and improved, consistent quality. In fact, these abrasive discs can last up to five times longer than conventional discs, providing exceptional durability and precise finish control. The three-dimensional structures that are uniformly distributed over the entire surface of Trizact abrasives ensure consistent performance and eliminate any disc-to-disc variation.

The film discs are specifically designed for finishing, defect repair, and leveling when working on paint, clear coat, and plastic defect removal. The precisely graded mineral used in these discs helps reduce processing steps and produces a high gloss level. Additionally, very little water is needed during the sanding process, making it easy and efficient. The extended lifespan of the film disc, combined with its fast and consistent cut, make it the perfect tool for speedy repairs.
