3M Screen Printable Polyester Performance Durable Label Material 7037 is a durable, high performance material that offers excellent thermal stability and moisture resistance. This polyester label stock utilizes 3M Adhesive 350, which is designed to permanently bond to high and low surface energy plastics, textured and contoured surfaces, powder coatings, and slightly oily metals.

  • Facestocks (polyester and vinyl) and adhesives offer heat tolerance, clarity, and UV resistance

  • Adhesive offers excellent chemical resistance and holding strength, even at high temperatures.

The sheet and screen label materials are available in two distinct facestock options to accommodate different performance requirements. The polyester facestock delivers superior heat tolerance, maintains excellent optical clarity, and provides high tensile strength for demanding mechanical applications. Alternatively, the vinyl facestock offers commendable UV resistance and exceptional conformability to curved or irregular surfaces.

  • 3M Adhesive 350 is a modified acrylic adhesive formulation that delivers exceptional shear strength performance, making it particularly suitable for challenging substrates including low surface energy materials, powder-coated surfaces, and slightly oily metal surfaces.
  • 3M High Performance Permanent Tackified Acrylic Adhesive P1400 is specifically engineered for use in demanding operational environments. This adhesive system offers commendable UV resistance characteristics and demonstrates excellent adhesion capabilities across an extensive range of substrates, including polyolefin materials.
  • 3M High Stability Acrylic Adhesive 500 is formulated for use with vinyl label stocks and provides the ability to remove cleanly from most surfaces within one year following application. This adhesive is particularly well-suited for outdoor die-cut mask applications.
