Product Description: 3M Precision-Shaped Grain Nonwoven Abrasive Discs

The 3M Precision-Shaped Grain Nonwoven Abrasive Discs bring a new level of speed and efficiency to the Scotch-Brite lineup. These discs are designed with load-resistant nonwoven web, incorporating 3M's innovative Precision-Shaped Grain technology. This allows operators to achieve a uniform finish in fewer steps, while minimizing the risk of damaging the base material.

The discs feature a strong and flexible fibre backing, enabling operators to easily work on contoured surfaces. This makes them ideal for a wide range of applications, including general purpose and lower pressure tasks. The discs are available in five different grades: Very Fine, Fine, Medium, Coarse, and Extra Coarse, providing options to suit various needs.

For higher pressure applications that require extended life and durability, the Scotch-Brite Precision Heavy Duty family offers four grades: Medium (150+), Coarse (120+), Extra Coarse (80+), and X-Extra Coarse (60+). These discs are designed to withstand more demanding tasks while maintaining their performance and longevity.
