PRODUCT FAQ

  1. What is the 3M™ Weather Resistant Film Tape used for?

The 3M™ Weather Resistant Film Tape 838, White, 4 in x 72 yd, 3.4 mil, 12 rolls per case is specifically designed to meet tough outdoor challenges. It can be used for sealing tough weather-resistant barriers around windows and doors or even patching any holes that may appear.

  2. Is the tape's adhesive strong enough for extreme climates?

Absolutely! The acrylic adhesive on our film tapes is durable and robust which makes them suitable across a wide range of temperatures up to -20°F (-29°C) with excellent holding power so you won't have to worry about it coming off when exposed to harsh weather conditions.

  3. Is this product user-friendly?

Yes! Even if you're not an expert at handling adhesives or using tapes in general, our film tape has an easy-release liner giving users a smooth unwinding experience without having to deal with frustrating clumps of tape pulling from their hands instead of releasing from the roll.
