  1. What are the benefits of using 3M™ Cubitron™ ll Stikit™ Paper Disc 732U?

3M™ Cubitron™ ll Stikit™ Paper Disc 732U provides exceptional performance as it has a unique triangular-shaped ceramic grain that continuously fractures during use to reveal fresh abrasive edges.

  2. Can I use this disc for both coarse and fine sanding applications?

Yes, you can. It’s available in grits ranging from 80+ to 220+, which means that the disc is great for both rough grinding and smoothing tasks.

  3. How many discs do I get per package?

Each pack contains die-cut discs with a multi-hole design that aids in dust extraction. With each case having up to twenty packs included, users will have five hundred pieces at their disposal.

  4. . Are these suitable for high-pressure grinding applications or are they only meant for hand-held sanders?

. These discs are designed for use on orbital and random orbit sanders operating under low speeds, but not suitable on surface preparation air tools where pressure exceeds maximum operating limit of grinder or sander being used.

Outstanding Stock Removal on a Range of Substrates

These discs are perfect for a wide range of applications that focus primarily on removing stock. They are highly effective on a variety of substrates, including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The C-weight paper backing is ideal for sanding applications where edge retention is not a primary requirement. For optimal results, use with 3M™ Elite Random Orbital Sanders.

The Productivity Advantage of 3M™ Stikit™ Discs

The 3M™ Stikit™ system eliminates the time-consuming task of applying adhesive to the disc backing. These high-quality, coated abrasive products come ready to use with a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the backside. Attaching them to your disc pad is as simple as pressing on a sticker. The adhesive is pressure-sensitive, so the disc can be easily peeled off of the disc pad, leaving a clean surface for your next disc. A Stikit™ disc must be pressed onto a Stikit™ backup pad (also called a disc pad and sold separately) that is attached to a disc sander, random orbital sander, or stationary disc sander.
